Subsidized Counseling

Fees & Insurance Subsidized Counseling

Industry Standard Counseling Fees

The industry standard fee for counseling services is $90 – $120/session.  Outreach’s low fee of $60/session is made possible by foundation grants and other funding received by Outreach. However, if there is a financial hardship and further financial assistance is required, a sliding scale fee is available for individuals who are eligible.  These fees will only be applied to the following clients:

  • Mt. Lebanon residents who have reached their 3rd session and beyond
  • Non Mt. Lebanon residents starting with their first session.

Eligibility

In accordance with Outreach Teen and Family Services’ Subsidized Counseling Policy B10, the Federal Poverty Income Guide is utilized for approving subsidized counseling services and sliding fees. Eligibility is dependent on family size.
