MS Ed (Doctor of Psychology - May 2025)
Mara received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island, and her Master’s Degree in Child Psychology from Duquesne University. She is currently on track to earn her Doctorate from Duquesne in May of 2025. Mara has experience counseling children of all ages in both group and individual formats. She has two years of experience working in schools within Allegheny County, and four years of experience working with children and adults with disabilities. Mara’s areas of expertise include Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, and self-esteem. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, and attending exercise classes.
