Kim Kirchner

Kim was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and has over 25 years’ experience working in behavioral healthcare at Western Psychiatric Hospital.  She was the Director, Operations for the Psychiatry Residency Training Program at WPH and also provided mentorship to junior colleagues nationally.  Kim is proud to have received awards for teaching, commitment to excellence, above and beyond coordinator of the year, outstanding leadership and distinguished service, and most recently, a lifetime achievement award.

She has lived in Carnegie for almost 20 years, currently residing there with her husband and son. Kim loves gardening and walking her dog on a summer day, as well as spending time with her family camping, or just staying at home by the firepit. Her favorite hobby is watching hummingbirds!
