Colleen O’Shea
MA, CFAS, CAADC
Colleen has worked at Outreach for 14 years. She works previously with the Kids At Risk Effort (KARE) program, counseling children involved in the juvenile probation system. She is a facilitator for Choices, the agency’s Drug & Alcohol Education Program, as well as for ART (Aggression Replacement Training.) Her areas of expertise include issues involving ADD/ADHD, adjustment, alcohol and other drugs, anger, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationships, self-esteem, social skills, stress, and suicide.
Colleen has worked in mental health/drug and alcohol treatment for 20 years. She has been a dual therapist for Mercy Behavioral Health working with adults for the past seven years. Colleen received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, and her Master’s degree in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
