Caryn works with adolescents, emerging adults and adults. Her work involves a collaborative, non-judgmental and caring approach to her clients where she strives to build a safe environment for individuals to express themselves freely. She tailors counseling sessions to a client’s specific needs such as anxiety, life stressors, depression, relationship challenges, adjustment to life transitions and other challenges in a view to gaining mental wellness.
Caryn earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Duquesne University after achieving a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration in counseling from Carlow University.
