Let’s Get Social Group

Let’s Get Social group is a 6-week group designed to help participants develop and practice social skills.

Coping Skills Group

Coping Skills group is a 6-week group designed to educate participants on developing adaptive coping skills to proactively manage difficult/ stressful situations and experiences.

Accept Distress Group

Students (9th -12th grades) will learn to manage distress in healthy ways. The skills they will develop are helpful for situations where they might not be able to control a situation, and yet they need to manage their own responses. This is a 5-week group counseling offering. This group meets: November 13, 20, 27 and December 4, 11 from 6-7pm in Outreach’s Office.
