As we move through #MentalHealthMonth, we invite you to mark your calendars for an upcoming FREE yoga event!
Our Clinical Director, Kaitlyn Campbell, is also a yoga instructor @mindbody_yogabarre and will lead a 50-minute yogaflow on Sunday, May 19th at 9am at OTB Hastings!
Following yoga, you’re invited to join us OTB Hastings to mix & mingle with other event attendees over brunch (Yoga is free, but brunch will need to be paid for by participants).
There will also be an opportunity to win a raffle basket donated by MindBody; proceeds from the sale of raffle tickets support Outreach in our mission to provide affordable, accessible counseling for all children, teens & families throughout the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
