Event Details:

Students (9th -12th grades) will learn to manage distress in healthy ways. The skills they will develop are helpful for situations where they might not be able to control a situation, and yet they need to manage their own responses. This is a 6-week group counseling offering.

This group meets on Wednesdays:

September 18, 25; October 2, 9, 16, 23 from 6-7pm in Outreach’s Office.
